Summary
Workfront is WFAA’s system for managing its marketing projects, including ones requested by UW-Madison staff. This outlines how to request access to Workfront and some basics about the process.
As of March 17, 2021, requests for WFAA marketing, event, and registration assistance are going through Workfront – WFAA’s project and resource management system. The web form which was previously on this page has been deactivated.
You can submit a project request using the Workfront request form.
New to Workfront?
If it is your first time using to the Workfront request form, there are a couple steps to complete before you can submit a request. WFAA will need to first set up a Workfront account for you. Please submit a Help Center request to initiate this process. In the ticket, please include your:
- first name
- last name
- phone number
- email job title
Once you receive notification that your Workfront account has been set up, visit the Workfront request form. When you arrive on the page, you will be notified that you do not have access to the request form and you will need to click the “Request Access” button displayed on the page. You will then need to request “Contribute” access to the form. We’ll update your Workfront account with this level of access and you’ll be on your way.
