The Donor Acknowledgement Report, which identifies donors to specific funds, can help streamline your stewardship efforts and ensure donors are thanked properly and effectively. Please reach out to your WFAA liaison if you’re interested in participating in training sessions to share tips and tricks on how to best utilize this tool.
The donor acknowledgment report allows you to produce a merge file of donors to a fund, department or unit for a time period that you choose. The report shows individuals and corporations with recognition credits for a gift made in the date range selected, along with contact information to thank donors. Gifts include cash gifts, pledge initiations, pledge payments, matching gifts, recurring gifts and installment gifts.
To access the donor acknowledgment report, you must receive training, a user name and password for the fund reporting application on the Advancement Resources website. For guidance on requesting access, please visit the how-to page.
