- The All Ways Forward comprehensive campaign has officially surpassed the halfway mark! As of September 16, 2016, the campaign total reached $1.725 billion of its $3.2 billion goal. That’s 54 percent — well done!
- As of July 18, 2016, the Chancellor’s Scholarship Program (CSP) match had raised $2.54 million of its $10 million goal. The match is aimed at attracting new endowed scholarship funds designated for the CSP, which provides four-year, merit-based undergraduate scholarships to students from underrepresented minority groups and educationally and culturally disadvantaged backgrounds.
- Of the $50 million gifted by Ab ’52, MBA’55 and Nancy Johnson ’55 Nicholas in June 2015, only $3.2 million remains to be matched. The Nicholas Match has been a transformational gift, inspiring new donors and matching their gifts one to one. The $50 million match acknowledges gifts made in support of UW–Madison athletic scholarships (up to $20 million) — which was fulfilled in August 2016 — as well as undergraduate and graduate academic awards (up to $30 million, with $3.2 million remaining).
